About QRtime

QRtime is a fast and privacy-friendly QR code generator by TimeJuggle. Paste any URL or short text, choose size and error correction, and download a crisp PNG instantly. Everything runs locally in your browser, your data is not uploaded to any server.

How to Create a QR Code

  1. Enter content: Paste a link (e.g., https://www.timejuggle.com) or short text.
  2. Pick a size: Choose from 120–1024 px. For print (flyers/posters), use 512 px or higher.
  3. Choose ECC level: L, M, Q, or H (see the guide below).
  4. Generate & download: Click “Download” to save a PNG.
  5. Test it: Scan with your phone camera before publishing.

What Is ECC (Error Correction)?

ECC determines how much of the QR can be damaged or covered while remaining scannable. Higher levels add redundancy, making codes more robust (useful for print, logos, or rough surfaces).

âť“ QRtime FAQ

Does QRtime upload my data?

Which ECC level should I choose?

Use M for most use cases. Choose H for print, rough surfaces, or if you plan to place a small logo over the center.

What image size should I use?

For screens, 256–384 px works well. For print, start at 512 px or larger. Always test by scanning from the expected distance.

Can I generate QR codes offline?

Yes! After the page fully loads, the generator continues to work offline in most browsers.
